I just resigned from Design Associates.

It's been a long time coming, and I'm formulating a series of appropriate posts to describe the saga of the past few years. But yes, I handed in my resignation last week, and my last day is at the end of August.

More to come.

Pixie, I have been reading your blog for years and wish you all the best. I am a 'fellow' [female tho, ha] healthcare architect who could relate to very many of the things that you wrote about. My own career has had its ups and downs as well and is now a consulting practice, having given up on the Big Office world when the bottom dropped out in the recent recession. I'm looking forward to reading whatever you have to say about how things have gone for you, to get you to this current place. Best wishes.

Hiya, Pixie,
I've gotten far afield from your doin's except via Rachael's FB posts. I hear you're going to visit her and that the Pabst sign is installed in your honor!

Sorry you've been having a tough time with work and life. I hope having some time to think and regroup will give you the boost you need.

I miss hearing from you----my blog is largely inactive too, as I am very active on Facebook.

Hope to hear from you at some point!
Love,
Ms. Kitty of the Saloon and Road Show.

Pixie,

All I will say is, I understand completely.

Hi Pixie,

I used to read your blog regularly a few years ago, but changed jobs and forgot about it for awhile. Catching up with your exploits, I am saddened that your career path has taken such a turn from the vibrancy you used to have. However, at the same time, I also want to wish you well in whatever future endeavors you pursue and find yourself in. I hope your next steps will be rewarding and fulfilling for you.
